Tonight Dinner~ Teriyaki Chicken with rice~YUM

















Ingredients

1. 3 pieces of chicken fillets
2. Teriyaki sauce

Marinade for Chicken

1. 1 tbsp oyster sauce
2. 3 tsp japanese soy sauce
3. 1 tbsp sugar
4. 1/2 tsp sesame oil
5. 2 tsp water
6. 3 tsp corn starch

Instructions

Step 1.

Marinade chicken for about 20 mins.

Step 2.

Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Fry the chicken until it turns browned and cooked.

Step 3.

Reduce the heat to medium-low and put some hot water into the pan. Simmer for about 10 mins.

Step 4.

Turn the heat off and add some teriyaki sauce to mix with the chicken. Serve with rice.
